We have thankfully come along way from the days when a 'woman's' snowboard was just a guys one painted pink. Brands are now producing cutting edge women-specific boards that take into account the riders height, weight and body geometry. Do I still think it's a touch weird that the guys ride boards called 'Warpig' and 'Goliath' while the ladies are bombing about on boards called 'Spirit' and 'Bliss'.. ummmm, yeah a bit I guess.. but maybe that's a marker of what men vs women look for in a brand rather than any expectation of femininity on the part of the marketing teams.
