Shipping and delivery

Do you ship internationally?  Yes we do, However there will be extra Fee’s attached so please do your research before ordering, Click here to View our international shipping guide.

Is UK Shipping free? Not in all cases, Standard shipping is completely free for any orders over £75, standard shipping below £75 is £3.99 and takes 5-7 business days, Express shipping is £6.99 and takes 2-3 business days.

Can I track my order? Yes of course.. for all orders you will get an email the second your item has been dispatched (we dispatch all orders within 24hrs regardless of weekends) your dispatch email will give you the name of the courier used and the tracking number of the delivery. (this email often works its way into junk so please double check there before getting stressed about the status of your order)

What happens if my package is lost or delayed? Fortunately this is incredibly rare but if either one happens get in touch with us immediately by whatever method you prefer. Your delivery is our responsibility until it is in your hands so always come to us, not the delivery company. It is our job to chase.. not yours.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? If you are snappy, yes. We process orders immediately and dispatch within 24hrs so if you realise you have made a mistake after ordering (we get it, it happens) contact us immediately. We may not be able to help if the item has already been dispatched.. but we will help you if we can.

Do you ship with Hermes/Evri? No.

 

Returns, exchange and warranty

What's your returns policy? We offer 30 day returns for any reason so even if you simply change your mind or see it cheaper elsewhere we will accept your return, no judgement. (if you see an item cheaper before or after you purchase.. let us know and we will see if we can match the price, as long as you are within 30days for the latter)

Do you offer free return postage? We do in the case of an item being incorrect, damaged or faulty.. we will absolutely cover the return postage fee’s. however, if you simply don’t want the item anymore, then the returns postage is on you.

Can I exchange for the different size, model or colour? Of course, you can swap your item for anything as long as we have it in stock, although you will have to cover the returns postage.

How long do refunds take?  If you have requested a refund it will be processed immediately once your return item has landed with us and it has been inspected to confirm it meets our standards. From the point the refund is processed it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to reach your account. This is often faster but it depends on your bank.

What if my gear arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect? Contact us immediately, we will offer you a replacement and cover all postage.. if we do not have a suitable replacement item in stock we will issue a full refund which includes your original cost of postage if applicable.

Do your products come with a warranty? All of the products in our store come with full manufacturers warranties. Please check each item for details.

Can I return sale or discounted items? As long as it is within the 30days window, then yes, of course you can.

 

Orders and payments.

Is it safe to order from Wobble? 100%, we are rider owned and operated and we care deeply about the community we serve. The best thing about providing products to the snow and skate community is that our customers are cool and we almost never get sketchy returns or orders going ‘missing’. We repay this honesty and respect by giving the absolute best service we can.  If you say a delivery has gone missing, we will believe you.. if you are the sort of person that would lie about a missing delivery just to scam a small business into giving you a refund, you’re probably not a snow or skateboarder.

Do you offer Klarna? Or buy now/pay later options? We certainly do, just click on ‘more payment options’ underneath the ‘buy now’ buttons.

Can I use multiple discount codes? In some cases yes, each code has its own terms and conditions and so may or may not be used along with other offers. Check each discount code for details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? You can, however, if the item has been dispatched already then you will have to wait until the item is delivered, then return it, then we will issue a replacement or refund. if you manage to catch it before the item is despatched we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Do you price match? yes we do, we want you to have the best possible deal so if you find an item that is the same brand, model, colour and size for a cheaper price we will do our best to match it. we may not be able to, but if we can.. we will. 

 

Wobble, the company

Where are you located? We are based in Nottingham city centre, bang in the heart of the East Midlands, U.K.

Are you an independent store? Definitely, we are 100% independent, Wobble started out a husband and wife team, Andrew and Jo, we have accumulated more people along the way but we are still a tiny little passionate local business.

Do you have a location I can visit? Not for the moment, we have plans to open a physical store in Nottingham city centre but for the moment we are online only and the location of our warehouse is a closely guarded secret.

Do you offer snowboard waxing and equipment service/repair? I’m afraid not, due to being online only we cannot help you out with this.. watch this space though!

Do you sponsor athletes or events? Indeed we do, our main aim is to put as much back into the snow and skate communities that we love so much so if you are an event organiser or an athlete looking for sponsorship then get straight in touch.

Can I have some free stickers? We love a bit of cheek so hell yes! Hit us up… if you don’t ask you don’t get.
