Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or peak seasonal demand.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details where available.
RETURNS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind for any reason, you may return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit back to us.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.
FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

We cannot be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Please only place an international order if you are certain you wish to keep the item.
The shipping cost paid at checkout covers delivery only. Any import duties, customs charges, taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping price.
We do not accept international returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, sizing preference, personal preference, or any other reason where the product is not faulty.
If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel is returned to us, any costs we incur as a result of the return may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.

- International Orders
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that additional charges may be imposed by customs authorities or other government agencies in the destination country.
- Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Charges
All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, brokerage fees, clearance fees, handling charges, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
The shipping charges paid at checkout cover transportation only and do not include any such charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Change of Mind Returns
Due to the significant costs associated with international shipping, customs processing, and cross-border returns, we do not accept returns of international orders where the customer:
- Changes their mind;
- Decides they no longer want the item;
- Orders in error;
- Is dissatisfied with a size, fit, colour, or personal preference; or
- Refuses to accept delivery or pay applicable customs charges.
Customers should carefully review all product information before placing an international order and should only purchase if they are confident they wish to keep the item.
- Refused Deliveries
Where a customer refuses delivery, fails to pay customs charges, or otherwise causes a shipment to be returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct from any refund any reasonable costs incurred by us, including return shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, handling fees, storage charges, administrative costs, and other related expenses, where permitted by applicable law.
- Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Nothing in these terms affects any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
If goods arrive faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide details of the issue so that an appropriate remedy can be arranged.
- Acceptance of Terms
By placing an international order, the customer confirms that they:
(a) understand that customs duties, taxes, and import charges may apply;
(b) accept responsibility for all such charges;
(c) have reviewed the product details before purchase; and
(d) understand that international returns for change of mind are not accepted.
